While taking a flight in a small plane to North Bay

I was told that the most important thing about landing is the attitude of the plane. Thinking the pilot meant to say altitude I was reminded that the attitude had to do with the nose of the plane. If the plane was too high it would come down with a bounce and if the attitude is too low the plane may go out of control because of excessive landing speed. The trick is to get the right attitude in spite of atmospheric conditions.

Mission & Vision

In the same way each day we have to take up our attitude about living each day in spite of the atmospheric conditions. At Ccsvillage we expect the right attitude about living each day. We are committed to offering the best atmospheric conditions for each individual to land their own plane.

We believe life is sacred and is to be cherished and that our worth does not diminish with age.

To live in this community we work together to simplify your life by eliminating home and yard maintenance, provide an escape summer or winter, give yourself more freedom or continue to enjoy working, volunteering or doing the things you enjoy doing. God is our pilot.

We encourage senior living, intergenerational living, self-employment, provide office space, offer two acres of developed landscape and housing with room rentals, and homes to purchase.
